Little Grove Private Consultant Medical Practices
Four consultant practices based at the Little Grove in Jersey CI wished to share a server based solution to operate their consultancies and reduce costs.
We set up a dedicated server platform for the solution. The practices use a dedicated core application called “Midex Pro.” We tested, and trailed the application on our platform, which after some work, provided a working solution. In doing this, we needed to resolve problems with scanning of documents. We then migrated the data from the consultant secretaries desktops to the platform over a weekend period so they were ready to start work on the following Monday.
The solution and service level agreement we provide offers the practices a complete solution. This means if they have any problems with printers, or their broadband, we can remote to the devices and sort out the issues, to ensure the practices can operate with minimal interruption.
